[urq] Higher Speed Stumble

Not YET!  Prolly should do this soon, I spose.  If, after I replace the fuel
filter and clean the air temp sensor, this behavior persists, I will pull
out the rear seat and relay the fuel pump.

Thanks.  I also agree that this seems more like a fuel issue than anything
else.
