[urq] "Rod Knock" Report

THanks to everyone who replied to my problem!

Lots of good ideas.

However...

Pulling the plug wire to #5 plug makes the noise go away. Connecting it again
makes the noise come back.

To me, that's something wrong with cylnder #5, not a timing issue. Perhaps
lean in one cylnder, but I doubt timing.

Unless my test tonight with swapping with another fuel injector is sucessful,
looks like the 4Kq is going to Carlisle instead, and the urq get
'investigative surgery' next week..!
