Yes, they are adjustable.  The 10v one is much shorter than the 3B version.  If you find yourself lacking the parts, let me know... I have several.

Can somebody please tell me if the rod from the CC diapragm to the throttle body 
has length adjustability or is it a fixed length?  I have two mechanisms in a 
box - one for the 20V motor and one for the 10V and can't remember which is
