[urq] Re: reverse light short

Hello Dave:

If it's a 4k, I'd say that the wires that go to the trunklid were messed. But
on the urq, those wires don't do the reverse lamps..

Maybe pull both R-L bulbs out, and retest with a new fuse. If all is good,
one of the bulbs is bad. 

If fails, problem between switch and bulbs. Maybe also scope out the
connectors on the rear light assemblies for weirdness..
