[urq] ball joint options

Looked through the archives and found a couple things.  I've also been 
talking to Mr. Pajak about it.  He mentioned some forged A-arms from a 
Coupe (I assume Typ85 CQ) with 20v urQ ball joints and a 4000 swaybar.  
I'm all for a forged arm with available ball joints.  I'd like some 
other opinions from you guys though...

First, exactly what years, models, and markets can I get these parts 
from?  Second, I'm trying to stiffen up the swaybars, and I worry that 
the 4000's is softer.  I assume that I have to go to the 4000 bar 
because the control arms are part of the updated suspension (I have the 
early), so what options will I have in the front?  Third, I was planning 
on picking up some of Ned Ritchie's control arm bushings...will these 
work with the new arms?  And fourth, any other options I should consider?
