[urq] 3B conversion

Well I am finally really close with the 3B conversion
and when trying to start her today were throwing code
00513 (Engine speed sensor). 

I am using the 3B flywheel and the sensor from the UR.
Measured the distance between the sensor and the teeth
and it appears to be in spec. But the sensor only
covers about half of the width of the teeth and looks
like it needs to be moved either back or forward I
cant recall to cover the entire teeth portion of the
flywheel. Could this be the problem?

Any BTDT's from you guys that have done the
conversion.
