Only if it's a dynomometer that handles all four wheels.

In my state in the U.S., awd cars are exempt from dynomometer testing because the testing 
stations are only required to have 2wd dyno equipment.  If you check, there may be such a 
thing that applies in Finland, too.  I doubt that they can require you to remove the 
driveshaft, etc., to have the test.

I have to do the annual inspection of my urq. Can you drive these cars on a
brake dynamometer?
