[urq] Injector cooler thermo time switch

If the PO hasn't eliminated it, it should be screwed into a metal  shield on 
top of the waste gate structure right below the cold start valve. The  3 
mounting points for the shield are rear nuts for the valve cover. There are 2  heat 
ranges available for the switch as well. I would suggest the lowest to  
prevent vapor lock.
The single wire to it should run the fan when grounded, and on both my cars  
it is brown with yellow trace.
