I'm very confident saying that the IST documents were never updated after original 
publication in, what, 1982?

I would not suggest that the IST docs were the bible for the urq wiring ... it may have 
been correct early on, but I doubt that they made any attempt to keep it up to date as the 
changes were made during production.
