[urq] Lewis Firewall Brace Install Q's

An update-Jeff Lewis contacted me directly to make the situation right.
034efi normally does send the instructions, studs and nutz along with the
very nice firewall brace.

When I obtained my brace from Jeff, it included the longer bolts/studs and
instructions on how to do that if necessary (it was). I got mine about 2
years ago so maybe he's updated the process.
