[urq] 2 urqs on ebay fusebox differences

Andrew,

We have to make sure people know that later '83s had the better wiring harness with underhood fuseboxes.
Starting VIN ~750 it was a mid 1983 model change.
I used to have one of those '83s and it was a great car, no problems at all with wiring.
Really, only the cars with Rabbit (underdash) fuseboxes were nightmareish.

Obviously both of the cars on ebay are the early cars.. and therefore should be approached with caution.
