[urq] Abt fuel distributor

Here in San Deigo I recently got the Evo smogged... Here's how it went down:
Pull the car around back and leave on idle, take one test at tailpipe. Rev
car to 2.5k and retest. Drive car to front and hand passed smog test sheet
to me for $50. No rollers, no inspection, didn't even open the hood.
I am hoping for the same treatment with the Urq when it comes time to Smog.
