[urq] Abt fuel distributor

Heck, in Montana they don't even put you on the lift to make sure your
lights, brakes, etc. work.  I took my driver's test in a car with the
left-hand turn signals out, the examiner had no problem with me using
hand signals instead.  I don't know which of us was more amused.
