[urq] PS Fluid

Was it still 'frothy' after having filled the reservoir and run the car for
a while to allow the system to self-bleed?

Guys-
I checked my PS Fluid level a couple days ago after the system was groaning
a little - did the whole routine - pumped the pedal etc.  Anyway so the
fluid seemed pretty "frothy".  Is this normal?  I then filled to about 30mm
below the top of the canister and then turned the wheel lock to lock a
couple times.  No more noises...but still curious about the "frothiness"
