[urq] Cool Air Intake

I'm trying to figure this one out right now as well, there's a lot of
room in there with no airbox.  It seems that K&N doesn't make any
universal cone filters of any reasonable size with a 2" plenum, so I
was planning on getting a reduction tube from 3" to 2", and then
getting a relatively short (but wide) cone filter and having it sit on
top of the intake pipe into the turbo.  I might have to brace it at
the top too.  I'll take pictures if I get something in place.
