[urq] Cool Air Intake

I found a cone filter at Pep Boys that was 3 inch in length (had to be short
to fit between the T4 and headlight) and has 3 inch opening. Surprisingly
nice coming from the racer boy isle. Eventually I will create a box to keep
the heat out and possibly a scoop to direct cool air to it.
