[urq] RE : exhaust stuff

Tsss, tsss, Brandon, you must speak "metric" about our cars:
60 mm for the 4000Q exhaust, 65 mm for the urQ's. :-)

But you are indeed right about the discrepancies (2.25 in vs 2.5 in).

BTW Mike, Eric's 1985 has actually a 4000Q Starla/Walker exhaust, and it
sounds (and feels) wimpy compared to my OEM setup. But it bolts right at
the cat, as you asked.

We will soon install a Ansa AU7007 muffler (any Maremont/Ansa retailer
can provide you one, even Shokan) at the end of a custom bent straight
pipe flanged at the downpipe. No cat, no middle muffler. This setup is
actually the one Brady has on his car, and it sounds real nice... not
loud, but a little "barky" and still deep bass, (it's the last time I
try to explain a sound with words in another language...). And it has
the very nice advantage of being inexpensive...

Louis-Alain
