[urq] RE : exhaust stuff

Thanks for all the replies guys.  I'm off to start hacksawing the 4000 
up now.  Looking forward to WX exhaust on JT engine.  After that maybe 
I'll play with that decel valve and get another "five pounds" off my 
flywheel.
