[urq] Strut cartridge recommendations

Looking to install some struts on '83 UrQ - any recommendations.  I plan to
keep the stock springs.  

 

Rather than just getting Bilstiens off the cuff, has anyone tried the Konis
or other?  I want firm, but not abusive.

 

Is there a coil-over kit available?

 

Best/least espensive source - other than shox.com and tire-rack.
