[urq] Strut cartridge recommendations

I'm running Konis and like them much better than the custom valved
Bilstien's I had before.  They more comfortable and more compliant for
better rough road handling.  I'm running them with the 2Bennett coil-over
system which is built with Ground Control parts and some 2B custom pieces.
Not a cheap setup for sure, but it's very flexible and works great.
