[urq] Strut cartridge recommendations

Ben,

If you don't want abusive then stay away from Koni, I had the Yellows and
hated them.  On the firm setting they were beyond rock hard.  On the soft,
the compression was soft, but rebound hard..  just could not find a
comfortable setting.

Bilsteins have the best compromise between firm sporty feeling and still
handle pavement issues with ease.
