[urq] Strut cartridge recommendations

Fiche says yes.  Early in '84 model run, they started fitting different
front springs for A/C and non A/C cars.  Here's something interesting:
the spring used in the front for a non-A/C urq is the same as that used
on the rear of the other type 85 quattros when fitted "with engine
protection grille."  That spring should have 1 green and 1 yellow paint
mark.  The spring on urqs with A/C doesn't specify the paint marks.

The rears are the same for A/C and non A/C, though there was a change in
mid-'87.
