[urq] Short shift kit.

That's a thought I had when I stripped it down but thought the designer
might have taken the fact that he was mating new parts to 20+ year old
parts. Guess not. Since this is turning from a DIY day job into a sublet
machining job I've decided to just go ahead and also replace the linkage up
the tunnel as well, anyone know a good source for these parts?
