[urq] Damn intake manifold

On my 034 EFI'ed urq (Yes, Bill, 034 ROCKS!!), using their fuel rail on a
stock WX head with a stock WX intake, the only problem I have is that the
throttle cable will not attach onto the plastic cam at the throttle body.
The rail is in the way. Apparently a KH TB cam will solve the problem.

Right now, I'm using the cruise control ball/socket end on the throttle body
instead of the plastic cam to attach the throttle cable. It ain't pretty and
the throttle isn't progressive anymore, but it works fine as a temporary fix
til I find a cheap KH TB, or even just the plastic throttle cam.

  In the neverending process of trying to EFI my car, I've hit the
8000th of 30,000,000 snags.  Two days before moving to Seattle, I
finally got my entire system wired and was quite close to test firing
the car when...I discovered that there is no way to get the stock
throttle body back onto the IM with a fuel rail in place.  Some people
say it should be close, and they may be using different stuff, but it
is not.  I would have to shave a minimum of 1" of height off of the
injector + fuel rail combination to get it to clear.
