[urq] Centre bearing

Can anyone give me the BMW part number please for centre propshaft support bearing for an '87 ur-quattro with a 60mm prop shaft please? I know it's been discussed recently but unfortunately I didn't keep the posts. Also how do you get the bearing off and on to the shaft (obviously the U?J has to be removed. Are there any tricks or is it a hydraulic press job?
