[urq] parts availability for newer Audi's

We have an 01 S4 avant with 150k on it, last summer
the fuel pump failed(buzzing from fuse box then no
power}. No dealer in the country (even called Champion
Audi in Fla.)had one in stock, all had to be shipped
from Germany. I found it hard to believe since this
engine was available in 3 different vehicles.
Definitely, not a good sign for a company that reports
to make more per car than BMW (quoting Audi Driver).
Maybe were hitting that mid-70's crisis again and that
can't be a good thing. Just thoughts. Todd W
