[urq] Control arms, Sway bars, and Ball Joints

Hi Guys,
 
I've got a 83 UrQ with cast control arms, and the attachment of the sway bars directly to the C/A. 
 
What are my options at this point for the longest life, and best long term options for parts?
Am I going to have to go to the RR C/As, and a new sway bar, just to get parts like ball joints?
