[urq] FOLLOW UP - Baaaahh...drat! (long)

I can't believe I didn't check this before, but...the operating pressure
range of the 3B pump is over twice the range of the Type 85 settup (~2100psi
vs. ~1100psi)...the rack still squishes and emits hydraulic fluid when I
turn the wheel, so even if the seal was serviceable before today, I think I
can safely say it is no longer at this point...crapola. 

I was positive that I had seen the 3b pump hooked up in Alex Neckas' 3B 4kq,
so I didn't think twice about it...can anybody confirm this setup won't
work?
