[urq] Another great reason to keep you "old" cars

I can't imagine what would happen 1/2-way into passing
a vehicle that is moving slightly slower than the
speed limit on a 2-lane roadway. I pull out to pass
(mindful of putting on my turn signal), accelerate to
the posted speed limit (and can't go faster), the
other car speeds up to the speed limit as I am making
the pass, and now sit in no man's land moving the same
speed as the car I am passing on the wrong side of the
road... that's really dangerous.
Let's hope this doesn't come to pass or is simply a
local phenomenon in Ottawa. If it does, though, I can
see a big market for 'hacked' GPS chips that report
back wrong information. Sorry, officer, I am not
really here - your computer should know that I am
still seven miles back travelling at the speed
limit...

Only goes to Ottawa for triathlons (no speed limits
broken in that activity)
