[urq] Another great reason to keep you "old" cars

Just another ploy by the limp-wristed safety nazis, the revenue-producing
law enforcers, and the fat-wallet insurance companies to dump-down driving,
further erode the notion of personal responsibility, and let more Darwin
escapees out on the road.

I sure as hell hope this never comes in to reality.
