[urq] Clutch MC extention rod for UrQ?

ETKA had the same clutch master shown for all 4000, coupes and quattros from
'82-87. I went to change out mine and got one from foreign parts dealer.
The rod was too short. I noticed that the rod can only be removed b opening
up the boot and removing the circlip - effectively partially dismantleing
the unit, so did not want to do this. Is there a screw on extension rod
that is used to convert? I found I had another MC I had taken from another
car - probably a CGT. It had the same short rod.

I was fortunate in that I did not have to replace mine since it had sucked
in some air due to the reservior portion that leads to the MC having been
empty. Note: the fluid drains very slowly between the chambers and even
though mine was relatively full, somehow the chamber became empty and air
ended up in the clutch portion. I had to be careful when bleeding as this
kept going empty.
