[urq] Clutch MC extention rod for UrQ?

No worries Ben! It may seem like you may be putting things at risk, but it
really isn't that difficult to swap the rods from one to the other ... you
have to take off the boot, and then there's a snap ring in the end of the
bore that holds the slotted piece that holds the rod in place ... practice
on the donor to see what I'm talking about ... BTDT when someone sold me the
wrong part.
AFAIK the 4kQ and CGT all use the same MC with the long rod length ...
because the MC is bolted to the firewall ... the shorter rod is more likely
to be for a T44, which has the cast pedal mounting assembly which has a
mount for the clutch MC. IOW, I'm pretty sure someone sold you the wrong
part.
Hey, while writing this I wondered if it might be possible to swap the pedal
mounting assy from another car into the urq to eliminate the firewall flex
that cracks the firewall over time. It seems this might also give better
overall clutch feel as well ...
