... this is similar to something I've wanted to do ... incorporate the CGT 
Digidash into my car.  I suspect that it will work, but I don't have 
confirmation.  The fuel economy will likely be the least of the worries 
though ... my biggest concern is calibrating the range value due to the 
larger tank.

You probably know this, but the FD itself has little to do with the 
consumption display ... it is the mounting plate that has the potentiometer 
that the computer uses for its calculations.  I suspect you don't want a 4kQ 
metering throat ... I was thinking the part from an MC engine might be 
preferred ... that or seeing what it would take to modify the urq plate to 
hold the potentiometer ...

MPG output..... is there enough range in the MPG and range settings to get
