[urq] Clutch issues

Guys,

Got a bit of a doosy here.
New clutch (3B)
New release bearing (3B)
3B flywheel
016 tranny (locker)
new 3B clutch fork and that small plastic bit

Everything went together nicely
However the clutch is disangaged.
I bled the slave and tried to cycle it to see if it will "pop" or
somethign like that... nothing.. in any gear the car can be simply rolled
back and forth...
Anyone had this happen before?  Any solutions?
I haven't spun the engine yet to see if this will help.
I was way too tired and gave up.  However, it's possible to install a 7A
into a 4kq in one weekend!! :)
