[urq] Engine Warmup Operation

I may be talking out my @$$ here, but on my 200 the car won't
stabilize idle until the alternator kicks in, and that doesn't happen
until the engine hits 3000 rpm at least once.  Are you sure you're
getting good charge?  Your symptoms don't seem that far from mine,
with idle being too low for ambient temperature, and then once warm
the car runs fine.  Just a suggestion, but check to make sure your
battery and alternator are both good.
