[urq] A/C - fan always on?

Yeah I have the whole 200 fan and harness installed - including the big
blue resisitor plate as well as the big fuse.  Steve Eiche did my wiring
( hey I know what I'm _not_ good at ...) so I cannot comment on the
actual wiring - I just know what its doing or not doing.....
 
and the rad fan is not coming on and staying on when A/C is turned
on.....

According to the IST doc, A/C should engage the rad fan at high speed on
the urq.  I think the 200 just turns on low speed.

It all depends on how it is wired up.  The 200 utilizes an external
resistor pack for both low and medium speed.  The urq has one internal
resistor for medium speed and an external one for low.  Sounds like your
fan isn't wired to the A/C relay at all.  Does your fan have multiple
speeds?  Do you have the external resistor pack from the 200 mounted
somewhere?
