[urq] Obsolete

Bummer - I just bought those a year or so ago ....

There is a place - energy suspension maybe?? That sells all sorts of
bushings etc - may have something that will suffice.

I tried to buy inner front sway bar bushes for my '84 ur-q yesterday -
the part is now obsolete, along with the earlier style. Audi want me to
change subframes to the '86+ type. And just how long will the bushes for
these be around?
 
Given Audi's policy to obsolete parts required to keep a car "on the
road" can anyone suggest ways we might persuade Audi to re-think their
strategy? 
This continues to piss me off.
 
....and short fenders at double the price - words fail me......
