[urq] : A/C - fan always on?

The pre'84 cars had the fan on at all times with the AC on. If yours does
not turn on, one of the relays is likely melted in the glove box. '84 and
later cars had a pressure switch up near the radiator that turned the fan on
and off as necessary through various other circuits. If I'm wrong on this,
please let me know, but I've owned '83, '84 and '85 UrQs and have spent many
$$$ dealing with AC issues.
