[urq] : A/C - fan always on?

So maybe my system _is_ working properly  - but I still like the idea of
the fan running constantly, personally.  I'm really thinking I want to
add a manual fan switch but my Wire-Meister doesn't like that idea....

My '85 urq does not run the rad fan automatically when the a/c is
switched on, but given the condition of it when I acquired it, I
wouldn't be surprised to find a melted relay as mentioned by someone.
