[urq] : A/C - fan always on?

I want mine to run continuously also.

I accept that it might be working as designed (as a software developer, my
favorite phrase ;-)

Could this possibly be as easy as changing a relay to one out of say an '86
or so CGT or 4kq?

My '87 CGT runs the rad fan continuously when I switch on the a/c.  Well, it
did before the a/c went TU.

Hell, my '83 GTI ran the rad fan continuously when I switched on the a/c.
