[urq] A/C fan on 83 urq

I know this was a popular subject a few weeks back, but finally the weather  
was warm enough up here in New England to turn on the AC. My AC works great, 
and  use it every now and then. As soon as I slide the hot/cold lever over to  
the blue area, the rad fan kicks on and stays on until I return the lever to 
the  center position or higher (to the right). Just thought I'd make that  
observation.
