[urq] Timing light for cam timing check

... excellent suggestion!  With all the Audis sitting around that have 
timing that cannot be adjusted, this gives me something I can do with my 
timing light!

Funny, it seems I'm always having to scratch my head a little when checking 
the mark ... which surface is it supposed to align to???  This gives 
something that you can easily check without having to take anything apart!
