[urq] What cause overboost ?

Ben,
Alex Stickler did the research and found the difference.
I know others have mentioned difference as well.
Did both of the ECUs have the same P/N?
I bought a unit way back from Orin Eman, those were the crude home made
units, but worked very well for testing etc.
I know Canadian Tire has a universal unit for about $60 CDN.
Or you can get a nice Autometer for $80 or so.
That is a very usefull tool, as well as a duty cycle meter, again I got
one way back from Orin. But a good Automotive multimeter should have that
function. You can see from the readings exactly what the engine and ECU
are doing. High duty will mean ECU is trying to richen the mixture and O2
readin will verify that.
The gauges have warned me many times of vacuum or boost leaks before the
problem grew to a drivability problem.
Hope this helps.
