[urq] Windshield seal

I replaced my windshield on the Coupe last summer and used the old seal but 
it did not come out that easy though... Ended up smashing the window in and 
spend the rest of the day vacuming millions of tiny pieces inside the car 
everywhere. It's far easier to cut the old seal and replace if you have one 
of course. My 2 cents.
