[urq] Windshield seal

When I rebuilt my car a few years ago the screen had to come out to repaint
the shell. Then the seal was still available but at close to £170 it was
cheaper to save the seal and pay the excess on a new screen via my
insurance. If the seal is now NLA this would still seem to be the way
forward.
