[urq] What have I done?!!

I've got one of those Fidanza AL flywheels mounted in my 016 with a stock urQ clutch and a urS pressure plate installed in my car.  I'm also using the stock urQ starter.  Everything went together without a hitch, but when I energize the starter it doesn't engage the flywheel.  

I've already checked the solenoid and it appears to be functioning correctly.  I'm wondering if the starter gear is extending far enough?  Do I need to use an UrS4 starter?  Or should I just throw the stock urQ flywheel back in the car??

Anybody have any suggestions as to what could be going on inside my bellhousing??
