[urq] No clutch pedal

Jim,

While I think your diagnosis is likely correct, you may well find  
that your clutch master (if not gone) is not far behind.  I suggest  
low pressure (8 psi) bleed.  Then also check for visible leakage at  
the clutch master.  More than a few times I've replaced the clutch  
slave followed by the clutch master.  Just thought I'd prepare you...
