I really think awareness is up. It seems more often than not now, when I
drive my car somewhere I either gets thumbs up of people walking up to me.

Just this past weekend I took my car to Fruita - small Western Slope town in
CO that is the best mountain biking (yes, even better than Moab). I pull
into the trailhead parking lot and I guy approaches and compliments car.

Then I went to the Comfort Inn to check in - as I pull up a couple is
getting into their 91 200 20V- of course they got back out of the car and we
talked.  They are audifans.

At the local bike shop I was across the street eating a sandwich and two
guys come out of the shop (employees) and give the car a very thorough look over
(peeking through the windows etc). So I go over - he says " Is this a
1984?"  Yeah he's cool.  Car guy.  Has a '91 M5.

The car was such a pleasure to drive over - and had some fun with a newer
Saab turbo going over Vail pass....

And my usual thanks to my little helper V1.

A week and half ago I was at Arapahoe Crossing and left the URQ parked for
about 15 minutes to return and found a note on the car that read;
"Nice Car - REALLY Nice car!"

Awareness is definitely on the rise.
