Access is from the bottom, and if with restricted place awkward. Leaver 
it of, mount it with luggage strap (for both). Lift the connecting rod 
g/box side first, then the shift rod, then disconnect the other c/rod 
bush; much easier. Don't loosen shift rod clamp, definitely not without 
marking it well first, or you're in for PITA time.
Make sure that fittings on the box and selecting rod are tight. Grease 
it well, and good luck.
