[urq] Strut tower bearings for early UrQ

My "plan", if you can ever remotely consider what I do to my car as
well-planned, was to use the spherical bearing units on the front, and
when I saw his reinforced ones, try those on the rear.
Mike, when you do get your car back on the road, I'd be VERY
interested to hear what sort of effect those bearing units have on
handling. I would anticipate that they'd sharpen turn-in
considerably.
